THE HUMANITIES AND TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION sponsors annual conferences
that explore themes at the humanities and technology interface.
The 2008 HTA Conference will be held October 4, 2008, at the
Borough of Manhattan Community College of the City University of New York.
This will be the 32nd anniversary HTA Conference.
The annual HTA Conference will be moved from the fall of the year to
the spring beginning Spring 2009. The first conference on this new schedule
will be held at the University of Virginia on a date to be announced.

Past conferences have explored a variety of themes. The papers on their
programs exemplify the broad range of interdisciplinary interests and
activities that converge at the HTA Conference.
