THE HUMANITIES AND TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION is an interdisciplinary scholarly society that explores interactions of technology, science, the humanities, and the social sciences. Members include students and faculty from a wide variety of disciplines, as well as practitioners from scientific and technological professions and careers.

HTA sponsors an annual conference and publishes a peer-reviewed journal. Subscription to the journal is included in the annual dues, which are reasonable to encourage membership.
